You can sidestep would-be scammers by following these common-sense rules whenever using our city guides classifieds:- We encourage to do business with people you can meet in person. Our domains are setup for each city to encourage local interaction.
- Do not send money by wire, western union or money grams unless you have received the merchandise already.
- HelloLuanda is not involved in and classifieds transaction, money transaction except the process of creating an ad on our website. We do not handle payments, guarantee transactions, provide escrow services, or offer "buyer protection" or "seller certification"
- Do not give out your financial info (bank account number, eBay/PayPal info, social security number, etc.)
